Damian “Hoges” Hoglin, and Leighton Pratt both maintain over 25 years combined experience in the automotive glazing industry. They were both fully trained under IAME (Institute of Automotive & Mechanical Engineers), and have developed their skills into a much larger and diversified industry to become the Complete Glass Experts. Their friendly nature, professional customer service, and use of top quality materials in all installations, have all been significant factors in the rapid growth of their small business. After just one year in business, they recruited and personally trained a young keen employee with no prior knowledge in this industry. Jason Gill is proud to be a part of this exceptional team.

In late 2007, Hoges and Leighton found themselves full of activity, and more opportunities were in their sights to expand their growing company to the likes of Port Hedland. They successfully recruited James Cavanah, another fully trained glazier under IAME, to assist in meeting their busy schedule in Perth, while they set up their mobile vehicle in Port Hedland.
